Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your order ! Please read our guidelines below:

1. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

2. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sally@dogma-gear.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item clearly showing the issue

We'll review your request and, if approved, will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing your order and are not guaranteed, as production may have already begun. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled. We gladly replace items that arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email sally@dogma-gear.com as soon as possible with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER # [your order number]. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are only possible if the production has not yet begun.
